My little kitty Minty is getting spayed today! In fact probably right now. Can everyone please keep her in your thoughts. I know this surgery gets done all of the time, but it is still surgery and anything can happen. I get to pick her up sometime after 4:00pm today.

rcdldl good for you for getting her spayed.:bigok: I agree with with precocious about the number of unwanted animals,AND YET...they are put to death because of it.My dog Bessie and I will keep Minty in our thoughts and prayers for her.Good luck Minty honey!!!

I got my kitties spayed when they were adults. I heard this was worse then getting em done when they are kittens. Anybody else hear this?
It is just a myth. I have been doing a lot of research on the net the last couple of days.
Minty is 9 months old. We wanted to wait until summer to get her fixed, I would have more time to care for her, but spring came and she was making our ear hurt with crying.
