There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner ("Winner"). The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to fly to a city in the U.S. agreed upon by NBC to see one of bands featured in the 2006 Toyota Concert Series. The trip shall include: round trip coach class air transportation for winner and guest from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to a city agreed upon by Winner and NBC; hotel accommodations for the winner and guest (one standard room, double occupancy) for three (3) nights; ground transportation to and from airport in hometown and, two (2) tickets to the concert and $500 spending money for the winner. The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,500.
