the only way i've heard that one can buy gift cards for less than face value is from ebay. i haven't heard of membership clubs that offers g.c.'s for less.

if you find out, could you let us know? thanks

I know Linens 'N Things offers 10% off face value if you use code "lifecare". Free shipping, too.

Lifecare is employers' benefit provider, therefore YMMV, whether they check if your employer is in Lifecare system.

The only other place that occasionally offers G.C.'s for "less" than face value would be giftcertificates.com when they're running a promotion. For example, they sometimes offer a $10 bonus g.c. if you buy $100 worth of g.c.'s.

afaik, they're not running a promo now, but usually around certain times like Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.. they have offers.

No there are actually clusb. BUT there is a catch you have to be a member for at least 2 months. First month you buy the cards at full face value and at the end of the following month you get 20% of your last month's total bill back. Hence you get gift card for 20% off face value. There are many sites that offer this. Will post some later!!
