Where do you put in the code numbers?

I tried to sign up, but I don't see the box where you put in the 80004745.
If I click submit, it is for the 2 week free trial period.

If you are an existing member, I think they check validity by your email address, so you might want to sign up a dummy account with hotmail and then try to get that free trial period going (for 2 weeks)

After you do that it asks for an email, password, and zip
Get a bogus email from hotmail or gmail
Enter your information, select from the 1 to 4 discs at a time deal
Of course the 4 at a time makes the most sense.

Then enter a shipping address and credit card to bill
You can go back and change you name and mailing address later after account is setup.
If you have multiple cards and multiple emails you can get multiple accounts before this deal is gone.

I only got one free account before Blockbuster did there change of service deal.
