Nikon coolpix 5700

Hi!!

Anyone know about the Nikon 5700 $150 rebate? The form says the camera needs to be purchased from an authorized Nikon dealer/distributor distributing to authorized resellers. Are sellers on the web authorized resellers? I've surfed a lot on this and most sellers offer the $150 rebate, but
I'm not sure if they've inflated their prices and offering you this as an instant rebate (no need to mail the rebate--therefore no need to be an authorized reseller) or their prices are actually that high to begin with. I found several whose prices were more reasonable, but they didn't mention the rebate, so I'm not sure they're authorized resellers.
