NOT SO HOT--Officedepot.com not accepting returns...

Almost all the stuff on Officedepot.com is marked not returnable. Not sure why, but it is there so be forewarned. Kind of goes against their posted return policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within the applicable time frame, with your original receipt, packing slip, or e-mail confirmation to any of our stores, or call 1-888-GO-DEPOT (1-888-463-3768) to arrange free pick up. We will gladly refund your money, exchange the item, or issue you a credit within 30 days of purchase with the following exceptions:

Desktop computers, monitors, printers, scanners, faxes, digital cameras, handheld computers, and all-in-one machines must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund, exchange or credit. Please note that Notebook PCs, LCD projectors and opened software with their original packaging and accessories cannot be returned, but, instead may only be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.

Any stocked furniture item in new condition and in the original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange or credit.
 
but they are returnable... just withint the timeframe and most of it needs to be within 14 days... that's all...

Software is only exchangeable and that's understandable because people can burn the software... but they are returnable.
 
Yea what the heck were you trying to return? Empty candy wrappers?
 
I need to try that sometime... :D

See how far I can get with it, claim that the candy disappeared and I want new ones!!! :D
 
Maybe the website was wrong, but everything was listed as being "Non-returnable" I see it now appears to be fixed. Who knows! :?
