Consumers can recycle one electronics product a day for free as part of a limited summer initiative starting July 18 and running through Sept. 6 at Office Depot.
You can bring in any one item per day and dispose of it for free. This is great for all those old monitors that are so burned in that you cant even tell which is the real picture any more. Or that ancient printer that has all of your dirty stocks on it.
As of right now they are not offering any incentive to get rid of your old stuff, but according to the article they might do something in the future.
I know I have some junk that I need to get rid of like an old 286 laptop w/ a corroded battery and an old mac that has been parted out.
