Its a cool format making a comeback. I use it in my dvd recorder cause it has twice the data rate of dvd-r & you can rewrite to it 100,000 times. Costs more, lasts forever, formats in 2 seconds compared to 40 minutes for dvdrw.
 
DVD burner

I tried to find this deal on buy.com and can't find it. What am I doing wrong? I did exactly what the first message said and they don't even show this part number. :?:

I have fixed the item number from the main post. It is now working as intended!
 
I selected slowest shipping & it came Fedx. But I ordered it a week ago when it came with another $20 rebate.

I use 1x Accu dvd-r dvds with it, which is sees as 2x.

Interesting, it also accepts & comes with a cartridge dvdrm disk.
