Various regular Target stores have the PC game called Hoyle Card Games on clearance for around $7.30 and stickered on the front of some (not all!) is a rebate coupon for $8.88 rebate with proof of purchase and receipt. With tax and postage, you'll likely squeek out ahead with some jing and get a free game too.
Look for them in the end aisle of the electronics areas of regular Target stores. Super Targets have seemingly shipped their merchandise to other stores (???) as they're not clearing out much of either.
