2. Staples Price : $164.99

3. Apply $30 off $150 coupon from eBay

( You need to register your product to send in the rebate )

Did this last time around...very important you register the product and read ALL the fine print. Otherwise, it'll take two or three emails, a fax and a lot of lost time to finally get your rebate (which I did last time around).

And for those of you thinking of eBaying, I'd suggest using a brand new dummy email and including that in your offer.

is there a thread around here on a tutorial for learning how to purchase and use those ebay coupons?

I'm new to those and don't want to get scammed

Thanks Spoofee.....This is the first sale for the new
version 2010......should be easy to sell.

Coupons are also available from e-junkie for $2.49
and you get instant delivery to your email. I've
never had a problem with their coupons.

And don't forget 2% cashback from ebates....that's
$2.70 since they only pay on the amount after using
coupon.

I don't understand what that means...can you explain that? Does it help sell the program "better"?

You have to register this product to get the rebate...and thus the unique product id is tied to an email address. Not 100% certain, but I'd imagine getting support from Peachtree will be next to impossible without access to the registered email address.

So, my thought, start a "throw away" web mail address, give the address to the high eBay bidder and boom, they can get support if they need it.

I've not gotten around to selling my 09 copy yet, should jump on that before '10 copies flood the market, but I'll bet I end up with an easier sale with the email address given to the high bidder versus not.
