i tried the purchase and have a staples rewards membership but it still shows the shipping fee! where did u get the info where it says rewards members get free shipping?
 
you're right but i still got charged! anyways, wrote to customer center immediately after placing the order to clear the air.
 
Well all sold out and yes reward members get free shipping but usually you have to call the 1-800 number to make it work. You have to sign up first of course.

By chance, just looked at the order receipt (customer copy) of three (3) Pentel Techniclick II Auto Pencils, .7mm, 2-Pack and found out that I paid only $11.37 ($3.79 x 3) for them. Don't know why.

So, I actually made $0.57 (11.94 - 11.37 = 0.57), tax excluded.

Huh ... beyond expectation.
