NH State police have issued an APB for a Webster, NH resident - Kara Leblanc - that is accused of abusing her stepchild for 9 HOURS this weekend!!! All indicators reveal that this suspect has fled to southern Florida. Please read more about the incident on the following link

I am speechless.... I cant even think of words to describe how I am feeling....I mean, 9 hours??????? I just cant understand why someone would do this. Praying for the little girl to heal physically and emotionally........
