They are also having a nice price on the pci model, which is good for someone with a system with no agp slot. Like my neighbor's emachine, I had to open it to install some ram (came with 128mb running xp, you DON'T want to know how slow it ran) and it's got... Get This... 4 megs of i810 onboard video. 1.3ghz and it came with 4 megs vga and 128mb ram, I mean, why even bother. That and a 5400 rpm hd. I got the ram up to 256, so at least xp home runs at a fair clip now, could get her a nice 80gb for $35 and pimp off her old 40gb 5400 seagate on ebay for 35... yes you can almost get that on ebay..so it'd be free.
Only...worried she's only gonna have some weaka** 150 or 200w atx psu in the thing...and I wonder if a 7200 rpm drive is gonna suck so much more juice it will cause the total sum of all the system parts to put too much draw on the psu.
OH..and if anyone has a problem with a TCA rebate, skip on over to FW and go into their rebate tracking, there's a user on there called tcarebates and he's like the (or one of the) founder's of TCA.
