Yeah, I love BzzAgent. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for them to get the product mailed out to you. I have always received every BzzKit for each campaign I have had. The Dr. Scholl's campaign has been going on for a while so they may be sending you review "prompts" as an automatic thing since I know I have been getting them for a while. They have a customer service contact number/email on their site and they have always responded quickly for me. Also, their facebook site always has good information. You can check to see if your BzzKit has been mailed out if you log in to their site. It's under "my shipments". Sometimes I receive my kit before it shows up as being shipped. Sorry if you already know all of this. I just really like BzzAgent!

Thanks for the info, this is my 1st experience with them and was getting disgusted with the emails and getting nothing to review, I did email them last night but have yet to here from them and I dont want anything to do with facebook so that site wont work for me:lol: If they dont show up I wont lose any sleep, I do use them already and like them and can get them for $7 with my discount.I just refuse to right a review for them for somethig I paid for.:teeth:
