Thanks GD I was accepted and my router is on its way. Took a bit of time to read the terms of service to make sure it was not too invasive.
7 to 10 days to receive it

then someone (ahem...) posted it to some bot-sites and it got raeped in the butt.

was accepted to the test .. when they ran i realized it was for Tallahassee NOT jacksonville so i'm out! Otherwise would've qualified! Ugh Why never jacksonvlle fl?

I was selected as a tester but test runs for 3 years. That decided for me not to do it.

I just got an email from them to do a test on my computer and did it and said i would be notified in 7-14 days for a panel!? anyone else get that?

I got the same email back in early Feb.. They said I was accepted after the test but never heard back from them, so I'm not sure if I'll get it or not.
