Prayers Please

Ok, I am so not going to get holier than tho on ya'll but I do have a favor to ask for those of you that believe in the power of prayer.

Friday, my Dad fell off of the roof and broke his back. He is still in the hospital in the trama center. He's in really bad shape.

So if ya could just say a prayer for a speedy recovery for my Dad, it would greatly be appreciated. He will be out of work for atleast 4 months and has a long road ahead of him.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I think its safe to say that all of Spoofee will be praying for a quick recovery. Stay strong.
 
your father, as well as the rest of your family, will be in our prayers too. please keep us updating as to how he's doing.

I am totally amazed at the response. I can't say THANK YOU enough. It means so much to me and also my Dad.

I was able to see him on Easter and brought him goodies but because of the amount of pain he is in, he didn't feel like eating.

I talked to my brother last night and my Dad did get his brace. The doctors are hoping that it works, if not, he will need back surgery.

No news as to when he will be released yet but I promise to keep everyone updated.

Thank you again for all of your prayers.

I'll be happy to pray for your dad, babuska. What's his first name? I'd appreciate your prayers for my uncle Dave who is in the hospital. He was diagnosed w/ leukemia and started chemo yesterday. Thanks!
 
Update

My Dad is home from the hospital :claps: The doctors are hoping that the brace heals his back, if not, then he will need the surgery. *keeps fingers and toes crossed that the brace does it's thing*

That's great news! Your dad has been in my thoughts and prayers too. I hope he heals quickly and won't need surgery.
