One (1) Grand Prize—A “Live the Hollywood Life Experience”. Includes: a four (4) day, three (3) night trip to Hollywood with roundtrip coach air transportation for two persons (winner and guest) from an airport near the winner’s residence, ground transportation to/from airport in Los Angeles, hotel accommodations at a Beverly Hills hotel (selected by sponsor, double occupancy), dinner for two at a famous Hollywood restaurant (selected by sponsor, with total cost of dinner capped at $500.00), a Rodeo Drive Tour by Limousine, $500 spending money (paid by check in advance of travel), tickets for two to a Hollywood Show or Concert (selected by sponsor), a Spa Treatment for two (Spa services selected by sponsor at spa location selected by sponsor), ground transportation to/from grand prize events and tickets for two to the Hollywood Life Magazine’s Breakthrough Awards held December 4, 2006. Winner must travel on dates to be selected by Sponsor, which will include Dec. 4, 2006 for the award ceremony. Any expenses not mentioned are the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel arrangements are made through RPMC, Inc. who require the winner, prior to travel, to post a valid credit card to indemnify RPMC, Inc. against charges not covered by the Sweepstakes and for any damages which may be caused by the winner to any transportation, venue or hotel room used as part of the trip.
