This is a decent deal. I just got the 2GB from Woot for $50 and I like it a lot. Beware though, the refurbs often come with batteries that are not very good. It was like this for me and a LOT of people on Woot. The nice thing is you can buy a replacement for about $15.

This will work with Rockbox, which is easy to install and use and will allow a lot of other media formats like ogg.

It does not play while charging, btw.
