Refurbished Sony 4.3" NV-U73T Navigation System for $99.99 Shipped

I got one of these refurbs about a week ago from SonyStyle (when they were being offered for $84.99). I am completely pleased with it. It came with the 3.0 version firmware and I have experienced none of the serious problems that the Amazon reviews reported with this unit. There is an even newer version of the firmware (3.02) available from Sony, but I haven't installed it yet. Some of the Amazon reviews complain about slow satellite acquisition and short battery life. I've found that the unit takes about 90 seconds to acquire satellites when I turn it on the first time in the morning. And the battery life is about 90 minutes. But considering the price point (even at $99) you won't find a better GPS with text to speech. (I don't need the traffic feature so I can't say anything about it).

Could have gotten it two weeks ago for 72.77. I love mine though, works great. The maps on it though are from 2007. So be prepared!
 
Sony suction mount is amazing!!! considering that mounting suction holder on windshield is illegal in California, sticky like rubber suction part allow you to mount it on uneven dash board surface at strong hold.
