I never have a problem loading anything from their site. Sometimes it loads faster than other sites. I use Firefox 2.0.0.17...maybe it's a browser incompatibility?

The site is slow when they do these because of the response. Usually the transaction does go through right away though.

I don't have a problem with this site so far. They respond to my question within 24 hours. But you need to be smart when using the coupon. If not, you will be paying more than you expect.
