No restrictions on cancellation according to the forms I can get to. They probably throw on a contract later in the deal process, so the risk here is in getting out of the contract which a good social engineer should be able to do since none of the advertised stuff mentioned it.

This deal wont work. When you click on the link to check what internet providers are available in your area, all the service providers state the contract terms.(1-3 yrs) So you could end up having to break the contract terms.

Dell is not the internet provider, they probably just get some form of commissions from the referals. They don't care if you break the contract becasue they already probably got their $$.
