Samclub 1 day pass no upcharge

Where did this offer come from, in case I get quizzed at my local Sam's? They bugged me last time about the AllState one.
 
Thank you..worked great. HOWEVER..have to watch the checkout. The coupon said...NO UPCHARGE. the cashier charged me the 10%, and I said...the coupon says no upcharge. She did deduct it. Thank you..great value!!!!

Where on the coupon does it say NO UPCHARGE, I do not see it. :confused:

if you look at the info printed above the coupon..it says..NO UPCHARGE. I pointed that out to the cashier, and she immediately deducted the charge.
 
Haven't been to a Sam's club in 10 years. I should go & buy cat-litter, cat/dog food in bulk...thanks for this :)
