Nice deal. This will make a great portable USB powered external for a laptop. No software included so if you want to clone your existing laptop drive instead, you will need to figure out how. Plus you will need the 3rd party adaptor kit allowing a temporary hookup for cloning - often $10 on sale.

Cloning is easy if you have an external enclosure and/or adapter. There is plenty of software to handle that task, you will likely get one anyways for use with the old drive. Good upgrade for the PS3 as well.
