Sarku Japan is known for yelling "yummy yummy chicken teriyaki" at random mall food courts.

Fill out the survey and get a one time voucher for a free Chicken Teriyaki meal and drink. The survey is kind of long (9 pages)

EDIT: I just did it anyways, mine expires 11/22/08 so if you can't get out to one before then, not worth your time!

There is a Sarku in our local mall, but it isn't listed as a participating location. What a bummer.

Although, I am going to Dallas next week, I suppose I could use it at the Arlington location.

well you can also print more than one lol just space out your visits!! I printed one for me in my name and one in my daughters name...she doesn't look 14 anyway tee hee :) free dinner for the family!! my son eats very little so we can share! i love it! thanks so much for finding this!

Better yet, I printed to a PDF file. Now I can change the location, etc. and reprint as much as I want. (Dang, I am a jerk aren't I?? hah) I did complete the survey honestly though, and it was long!
 
GREAT DEAL!!!... went three times already in 2 different locations, they don't even look at the coupon, they just grab it and ask "white rice or fried rice"...great deal!
