I just bought a Seagate 320 GB from Newegg for $90.99. Crap!
 
This is the best 1tb drive. I'd buy this one if I were going to buy a big drive. 5 yr warranty!

Though it might sound like a great deal with the long warranty, seagate recently lost me as a customer because of the warranty policy which they would be better off explaining. I had been using a hard drive in an external enclosure and it had fallen over a mere two inches on my desk. Called seagate, told them everything, they told me its under warranty til 2011 and to send it to them for replacing. I received the same exact broken hard drive back and called again. They THEN decided to tell me that the warranty is void if it breaks in any other way than just failing for no reason.

Note to those who own a seagate hard drive, be careful with the item you have, because it can be a waste of money if you so much as move it over too suddenly.

Note to those who are looking into buying hard drives, don't let SEAGATE's warranty fool you and save yourself the trouble and the money.
