Doggone it. I did it again. Impulse buy.

I read reviews and researched this knife set and found this to be a great deal. The only complaint was people underestimated the sharpness of these and got cut. I bought this and will put my Henkel set on Ebay if the OXO's hold up to the hype. People keep describing them as EXTREMELY sharp. That will be nice to have a good sharp set of knives.
