Quickbooks is a great program for business accounting, very easy to use. I've used it for years for a couple different companies. I think it should work for you.

To follow up, I did take JetSyn's advice and downloaded it from the site. It was ~250 mb, and installed without a hitch. If you have a decent internet connection, there's no reason to purchase this software!
