It's not worth the $10. Very very poor fax machine. They should've put it out of its misery. Poor printing and the cheap price to reflect it.

I have an older Brother that my dad uses with no problems. I like it better than my Panasonic, the feeder on the Panasonic gets jammed a lot.

It is a good deal, but shipping is not free. Just called customer service and they mentioned that the fax machine is under $50 (before tax), thus does not quality for free shipping. Shipping will be >$7.00.
