I had the same question. I emailed an ebay seller and to comply with ebay rules they have to mail you a physical copy of the coupon but if requested he said he would email the code too. Good thing I didnt order a code because I would have gotten it only to find out the drive was sold out.

thats what i did, I should have check first. ended up buying a different brand one.
the final cost around 80 bucks and coupon worked, was emailed with in a few minutes. yes always leary about pass on coupons you have to pay for. but it worked.
