Spitzer's 'Kristin' sues 'Girls Gone Wild' for $10 million

How ironic is this?!! Though it is yucky that they took the pics when she was underage.

I hear Elliot Spitzer is trying to hunt down the tapes for his personal collection. :tongue:

I place my bets that she would actually get a piece of that settlement on the grounds that Girls Gone Wild knowingly asked for her participation when she was underage. I think it's messed up because she knowingly and agreed to take part as well. She's just looking for fast and easy money - which is why she's in that sort of business anyway.

Here we go again;
- This is a prostitute. I understand that this is mankind's oldest profession but isn't this girl shamelessly breaking the law?
- Is there nothing that this girl will not do for money?
- What a great example she is setting for all the pretty young ladies of the world (NOT).
- Is there nothing that the media will not do for money?

I don't know the specifics of this girl, but speaking in general, I think it's a good idea that our society says people under some age cannot legally give consent. So even though she might've said okay, since she was underage, her okay wasn't valid. Girls Gone Wild is a big enough operation that they should've been aware of the risks, and I don't pity them one bit. You just don't take advantage of minors. It's not right.

The fact that she later (or perhaps at that time was too?) became involved in prostitution doesn't change that fact that any "consent" she gave was not valid.

You are correct on the consent matter but the reality of the whole situation is that the girl has a prostitute "money for nothing" attitude (ref Rickie Lee Jones song).
She is simply (and sadly) morally bankrupt regardless of what she can get away with.

Ooops. The Ricki Lee Jones song is "Easy Money". My left brain was out of sync with the right brain :o
