I suggested it over in the Hot Deals and Freebies section, but I'll say it here too. If DSL is available in your area, is it an option for you to run your own web server for Spoofee.com?

If you don't mind me asking, how much are you paying for hosting? How much bandwidth does this site use?

I run a web server on a DSL line and I pay $50/month. Maybe it's something to look into.

Running a web server on DSL simply isn't an option for a website that gets any serious attention.
The connection isn't fast or reliable enough for hosting purposes, on top of that it's not consistent.

During peak usage times the server would be all but shut down by community usage.

Depending on the provider and distance from the CO, an SDSL connection can be up to 6 Mbps, and just as reliable as a T1. There are some good sized companies that run web servers on DSL lines. My wife works for a company that has 200+ employees at her location, and they run their mail and web servers on multiple SDSL lines.
