Sharing my experience:

Since this was a Staples product and a relatively new post, I decided to try something. I have a Staples account + last night emailed customer support twice, once under "product info," then under "something else." In each email I said I wanted this, but was unable to order. They emailed me back saying they'd placed an order for 10 of these (giving me an order ref. #) for me. They asked me to phone – not email – with payment and also gave me the option of changing the quantity. :)

Apparently I spoke too soon. When I called + quoted the email I received today saying they'd hold the order for 3 days, the supervisor to whom I'd escalated gave me an argument. She offered me a $35 coupon, but not comparable merchandise at that price. She said it's likely there won't be any to send me.…will keep everyone posted.:suspect: :confused: :mad:
