At my local Subway in central Missouri, they are offering a free one-week trial to our local fitness center. After completing the one-week trial, you also receive a coupon for a free 6-in. Subway sandwich.
Have not seen any national ads for this, but thought maybe Subway might be doing it in other areas to promote their new "fit" choices (apples, raisins, etc.)
Also, the coupon looked a little too professional to have been done locally. Seemed to be a form that was filled in with the appropriate fitness center name.
Wouldn't hurt to check it out at your local Subway.
