does anyone else wonder about thoase post where you put just your email in and then goes on and on forever?

I was wondering about those surveys that when you click on them and a picture of the product comes up with a place for you to just put in your email.then you click it and it seems endless.Has anyone ever done them before and if so did you get the sample it shoed?:
 
Most of those kind usually are trying to get you to buy or subscribe to something in order to get a free laptop, ipod, whatever. When you go to the end, there is usually a list of sponsor offers and you must complete a stated number of them to get the free gift. Most require a purchase and a credit card.
