Tape dispenser?

Anyone know of a deal for a free or ubercheap packing tape dispenser? One of those kind with a handle and all that?

I know USPS used to give them out for free if you asked about it, but nowadays it seems that they dont even carry those things.

Looked around.. I saw that staples has the cheapest one. Other stores like Viking sell for 5-15 dollars more.
