If you can get the site working, look around you will see lots of stuff on sale. Almost everything is upto 70% off. Shoes, clothing, etc...

damn....it was so cheap!! i ordered a lot of stuff, i would have cost me over $300...but i only paid around $80... BUT the suck thing is they don't tell me the shipping price yet!!
Oh well, the worst thing i would do is cancel the order and rejext the package if they over-charged me alot!!! ^O^ THANKS AGAIN ChooChooJr!!!

Footaction.com offers several different methods of delivery:

1. Standard Within 4-5 business days of order approval $6.99 for the first item + $1.99 for each additional item
2. Second Day Two business days after order approval $11.99 rush charge + $6.99 for the first item + $1.99 for each additional item
3. Next Day Next business day after order approval $24.99 rush charge + $6.99 for the first item + $1.99 for each additional item

Standard deliveries will be shipped either FedEx or USPS, depending on your zip code. To find the status of your shipment, please refer to your confirmation number when you call our Customer Service department.
 
JUST A HEADS UP!!

Make sure if you order something from here to print out the "Order Summary" from the footaction.com webpage. It has the item prices you paid on it. You may need it.

I just got a order confirmation e-mailed to me. The shoes I purchased were marked as $17.99 on the "Order Summary", on the email confirmation page the price was $55.99. So I called 1-800-825-5555 and selected billing(payment) questions from the recorded selection. And spoke to a very nice CS rep and he told me no problem, I'll get it fixed for you now. And got it changed to the price it was supposed to be purchsed at.

So if you have the same thing happen to you, just make the call. The guy I talked to said it has been happening alot.

Thats the reason I said in the begining "The site is running very slow, so just keep trying!" You can get in just have to be persistent, if you need shoes it is worth it. :)

Try to wake up in the middle of night~~ i got in many times... and it does worth it... i bought 2 pair of Micheal Jordan 18 for only $140..... i can't even get 1 pair like this price at the mall~~~

Man... Only took about 150 times of refreshing the page to get in, but I wear a size 15 shoe and all of the shoes I looked @ none had size 15 as an option.

WTF? I just called the representative at footaction to ask about my order. She said that I will not be receiving any of those items because they are sold out. I had a confirmation number and everything. It was instock when ordered them? I printed out the order summary. I wasted a hour looking at things and they gonna tell me I dont get anything.
 
Great sale prices yesterday when I went online.

Logged in today to order and everything is 2-3 Times yesterdays sale prices?

Maybe they're swamped with orders?

Anyone else have the same problem?

For some reason the prices raise at times. CS said it had to do with the site being hammered with people. And told me to try again later, I did and the prices were back to sale prices. It just takes alot of trys to get in at times.

i think it is because they have the regular normal price, a regular sale and a tent sale... so it is very easy to go in the regular sale... please be careful... and if you stay in the tent sale but do not move for a certain period of time... it will kick you out to the regular sale or normal price website!!
 
not shipped!

I got a confirmation # on my shoes last on the 22nd. I called today, the 28th asking about my shoes...they said the same thing as another person here. The shoes I wanted and got a confirmation # for were sold out and I would not be getting them. Sucks.
 
RECEIVED

Received all 3 pairs of sneaks I ordered on Sat.; thought the order would be cancelled.

After shipping and sales tax, it came to $30 per pair; they were brand new, in unopened boxes and unlaced.

I received mine with no additional problems besides the one from above. Only took about 4 days or so to get also.
