Three Ways To Enter: The Campbell's "Win & Give" Dream Kitchen Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on 12:01 AM ET 10/2/06 and ends 11:59 PM ET 12/29/06 ("Promotion Period"). 1) On-line: Go to www.winandgive.com anytime during the Promotion Period, click on the sweepstakes icon, and complete the registration page including your name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number, date of birth, and email address. Once complete, click "submit" and you will be entered. Entries must be completely filled out and question answered, in order to be eligible. Limit one entry per day, per email address. 2) Mail-In Official Entry Form: Complete an official entry form found in the coupon section of your November 12, 2006, Sunday paper. Mail your completed entry to: Win & Give Entry, P.O. Box 4111, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4111. 3) Mail-In 3" x 5" Entry Form: You may also enter the Sweepstakes by legibly hand printing your name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number, date of birth, email address (optional) and your response to the following question, "From the participating brands (Campbell's, Whirlpool, CorningWare, Idahoan, French's and Birds Eye), please list the brand you use most for the holidays." Mail your completed entry to: Win & Give Entry, P.O. Box 4085, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4085. All mail-in entries must be legible, completely filled out including answering the question, postmarked by 12/29/06 and received by 1/09/07. Limit one entry per mailing envelope. No mechanically reproduced or illegible entries permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical errors, or any other errors in entry submitted by entrants. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, postage due or mutilated mail or entries. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is listed on the entry. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof.
