The Clue will change each day, Monday through Friday, of the Entry Period.

Following each broadcast, go to the entry form and fill in the following required fields:

(1) Correctly enter the Clue of the Day (or answer the question if the Clue is a question) from the episode of the show that was broadcast on the day you are entering (or if you are submitting an entry on a Saturday or Sunday during the entry period, the Clue that was revealed on the episode of the show that was broadcast on the previous Friday);

(3) For your first entry only, complete the essay question telling a little about yourself and why you deserve to win the car.

You will be disqualified if you do not fill in all the required fields.

You must enter at least six (6) times during the Entry Period and correctly enter at least six (6) Clues on the Sweepstakes entry form (or give the correct answers if one or more of the Clues is a question) in order to be eligible for a random drawing for the Prize.

Entrants must be available for an on-camera interview with Ellen DeGeneres on or about March 2, 2011.

The potential contest winner will be chosen based on judging of the essay using the following judging criteria: (i) the entrant’s demonstrated need for the Prize (33 1/3%); (ii) the inspirational attitude exhibited in the essay (33 1/3%); and (iii) the creativity of the essay (33 1/3%).

If the potential Prize winner is a Canadian resident, that potential winner will be contacted by the telephone number provided on that entrant’s entry form and will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill testing Clue before being declared an actual winner.

The Prize winner must take delivery of the Automobile within ninety (90) days following delivery to a Chevrolet dealership selected by the Prize donor. The delivery date and time will be determined by the Prize donor. The Prize winner is responsible for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option packages and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the Automobile not specified herein. If the Prize winner is a Canadian resident, the Prize winner will be responsible for all customs fees/import/duties or other tariffs that may be incurred with claiming/shipping of the Prize. The color of the Automobile, options and equipment will be determined by the Prize donor and/or Sponsor in their sole discretion. The Prize winner will be solely responsible for registration, license, title and insurance fees. The Prize winner may be required to show proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license will be required prior to taking delivery of and/or picking up the Automobile. The Automobile awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in Sweepstakes or other promotional materials. The Prize winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not specifically set forth in these Official Rules including, without limitation, any and all travel arrangements to affect delivery of the Automobile.

Hi, Babs!

I'll post the answers here every day after 4:00 p.m. ET, right after the show airs in my area.

Thank you zoz!!!

THANKS SO MUCH FOR POSTING THESE CLUES! I watch the show every single day, but had to miss it today to volunteer at my daughter's school! How kind and unselfish of you to do so! I appreciate it so very much! Best of luck with the contest!! :)

Thanks so much for your kind words! I hope Ellen parks a brand new Cruze in your driveway soon!

Hey ZOZ,

I sure hope you haven't given up doing this. I'm at work when Ellen airs so it's almost impossible for me to watch the whole show for a clue that zips by in a nano second and I really need to win a car for my daughter & grandkids. Their old car died 5 years ago and they've been riding bicycles or taking busses everywhere since then, which would almost be okay if they didn't live in a big crime riddled city that gets hot as hell in the summer.
Any way, PLEASE come back and post.
Thanks.

Hey ZOZ, I sure hope you haven't given up doing this.

No, not at all. The FIOS box outside my house died right before the show started yesterday afternoon, so I had no way to get online and post. The tech just finished fixing it a few minutes ago, so I'll be able to post today's Clue by 4:00 p.m. ET this afternoon.

Just in case you were wondering, yesterday's (Thursday, February 17, 2011) Clue of the Day was: COVERGIRL
