Description:
The HP TV Giveaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 A.M. PT on September 18, 2005 and ends at 11:59 P.M. PT on October 29, 2005 ("Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, all times refer to Pacific Time. The Sweepstakes consists of five (5) weekly sweepstakes drawings (one (1) per week, each a "weekly sweepstakes") and a Grand Prize drawing (one (1) grand prize). Each weekly sweepstakes begins at 12:01 A.M. on a Sunday and ends at 11:59 P.M. the following Saturday.
Prizes/Odds of Winning:
One (1) Grand Prize - A 65" HD Microdisplay TV HP MD6580, a MDTV stand, installation costs will be purchased online and included with TV, a Digital Entertainment Center HP z557, LightScribe disc media (5 DVDs and 5 CDs), a 4" x 6" photo printer PS 375 and a package of 60 sheets of 4" x 6" HP Premium plus photo paper. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is: $9,834. Five (5) Weekly Prizes (one per week). Weekly Prize #1 – A 50” HD Plasma TV HP PL5000N, installation costs included in prize. ARV of Weekly Prize #1: $5,150. Weekly Prize #2 – A 50” HD Plasma TV HP PL5000N, installation costs included in prize. ARV of Weekly Prize #2: $5,150. Weekly Prize # 3 – A 37” HD LCD TV HP LC3700n, installation costs included in prize. ARV of Weekly Prize #3: $3,750. Weekly Prize #4 – A 37” HD LCD TV HP LC3700n, installation costs included in prize. ARV of Weekly Prize #4: $3,750. Odds of winning a weekly sweepstakes depends on the number of eligible Entries received for that particular weekly sweepstakes. Winners are solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included including any requested product upgrades/options. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for a prize (or prize component), except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component, including but not limited to discontinued models) for one of equal value for any reason. Prizes and prize notifications will be shipped to street addresses in U.S. only. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, or other taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner.
