Purchase five (5) participating frozen products (Hungry-Man, Mrs. Paul's, Van de Kamp's, Duncan Hines Oven Ready, Aunt Jemima or Lender's Bagels) between 3/1/09 and 3/31/09 for $5 in savings. Then, download the order form and hand print your complete name, mailing address and e-mail address. Mail your completed order form and the original cash register/purchase receipt(s) dated between 3/1/09 and 3/31/09 with the participating products circled, in an envelope to the address specified on their website.

All coupon requests must be postmarked by 5/1/09 and received by 5/15/09. Limit five (5) $1.00 Savings coupons per household. Cash register/purchase receipts dated before 3/1/09 and after 3/31/09 will not be honored. Savings Coupons will be delivered by U.S. Mail. All $1.00 Savings coupons must be redeemed by 7/31/09.
