Sirius will award roundtrip coach class airfare for two to Rapid City, South Dakota, two nights double occupancy hotel in or near event, two event tickets to either Sunday August 6th or Monday August 7th or Tuesday August 8th or Wednesday August 9th or Thursday August 10th (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value of the Prize is $3,800. The Prize cannot be substituted, exchanged or transferred, except that Sirius reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.
Dates and location of Rock N’ The Rally (“Event”) subject to change by sponsor of Event and are not the responsibility of Sirius. If the Event is cancelled, Sirius' only obligation to the Prize winner is to award the transportation and hotel accommodations listed below.
Actual retail value of the Prize depends on location of winner and fares at time of departure. 2 nights and 3 days trip for two includes: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Rapid City, South Dakota (the “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sirius; provided that Sirius reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) 2-nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); and (c) 2 Tickets to enter festival on day of winner’s choice. All other expenses not mentioned herein, including without limitation, ground transportation, additional hotel amenities, fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of the winner and traveling companion. Travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. If selected Prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified, tentatively scheduled for 8/5/06 to 8/11/06, the selected Prize winner will forfeit the prize and the next runner up will be awarded the Prize. Certain blackout dates and material restrictions may apply.
