TicketMaster Rip Off

I get upset almost anytime I buy a show ticket and see the "service fee" but this Canada purchase from Ticketmaster is ridiculous

Too bad you can't charge them a 'Courtesy Fee' for buying their ticket. And on a somewhat related note, I'd like to charge doctor's a 'Waiting Fee' for making me wait two hours before they see me even though I had set up an appointment well in advance.

Maybe they should call it a "convenience fee". I pay it (albeit grudgingly) thinking I'm not having to go the venue ticket office and wait in line etc... It's a trade off. If I want to "work" for a ticket I can always find a scalper or go pick up tickets somewhere through Craigslist. I prefer to pay the fee and have the convenience and have my ticket guaranteed (a scalper "got me" once).
