TiVo announced to subscribers through the TiVo unit that they are offering an 80 gig Humax unit for $100. When I bought a similar unit a year ago (mine was a Phillips) it was $250 ($300 - $50 mail in rebate), but now they have an 80 gig version for $100 ($200 - $100 mail in rebate).
Too good of a deal to pass up, I got a second one for the bedroom.
