Toshiba 40RV525R 40" 1080p LCD HDTV for $587.99 Shipped

Arrrgh! I ordered this from NewEgg for $650 and then the Sharp Aquos 40" went on sale at Best Buy for $600 plus $42 sales tax so NewEgg offered to lower the price of the Toshiba to $600 to keep the sale from canceling and now I see that it is another $12 cheaper at Fry's. It's on the UPS truck as we speak approaching my place. Oh well, NewEgg is better than Fry's and $12 isn't much.

How does the Sharp compare to the Toshiba? I'm not a TV/media guru like some of you out there, and I don't want anyone to have to write a documentary on my account, but if you could point me in the direction of a few links or a quick overview I'd sure appreciate it. I wouldn't even know where to start looking....
