Toyota headquarters released a good deal for Toyota owners that need an oil change and air filter.

Bring in your Toyota to a participating Toyota Dealership between before July 31, 2005. Have them do a Express Lube or Experss Lube PLUS service and purchase an air filter or cabin air filter. Keep the receipt and fill out the rebate form.

To receive your $20 Gas Card and a coupon for a pair of complimentary wiper blades, fill out and mail in a printable mail-in form along with the invoice for your Express Lube/Express Lube PLUS service and Genuine Toyota Air or Cabin Air Filter.

I guess if you need the air filter and oil change, this might be a good deal. However, for routine service like this going to the dealer is going to cost a lot more than the $20 gas card. Going to a place like Firestone or your local repair shop will save you a lot and sometimes the service at local shops is even better than the dealer. Also, especially for oil changes and air filters, Firestone is very cheap.

I normally take my 1992 Mitsubishi to Firestone for oil changes and to a very reputable local repair shop called Costa's for any major repairs. Costa's is slightly under the dealer cost for repairs and in my opinion they do much better work. Firestone at $10-$15 plus disposal for an oil change can't be beat.

Yeah, I'm sure I could but I'm lazy and I never spend the time to figure it out.
