Toys R Us - Free Toy In-Store

why does it say "only original coupons accepted" if it's a printable coupon.
 
Was it scanned? making it not an original?
 
The Toys R Us in my area says they do not accept any coupon printed off the internet. So I think that's what they mean when they say original. But they won't tell me how to get it through the store. I certainly give them zip code everytime I shop.
