Good point about the credit card.....can't be too careful now-a-days about using it. Both my siblings have had several hundred dollars of charges made on their cards - and by someone else (unbeknownst to them). I'd suggest using a card on which you can set a spending limit and for which you can create a unique # for each purchase (these kind of cards do exist). Or, consider using one of those gift/rechargeable credit cards, so if anyone does get wise to your cc #, it's not like they can run up your bill. :)
 
yeah i would forget to cancel, and then you try to cancel they argue about it with you on the phone to try to make you keep it.
