Uniden 5.8GHz Cordless Phone with Answering Machine for $49.99 Shipped After Rebate

I bought this phone a few months ago at Staples and got a great deal on it. There was a rebate, a discount coupon, and I brought in some empty ink cartridges so my total came to something like 25 bucks. It is an awesome phone, especially with the deal I got.

It is fully customizable so you can record your own ringtones for it, you can set your own pictures as the wallpaper, and so much more. It comes with a USB cable so you can just hook it up to your computer where you can upload files or sync your address book. It really is a neat phone and is well built. I'm a fan. :bigok:
 
Thanks Tonsafun for the review. There are 21 customer reviews on this model on Amazon.com. It got 3 out of 5 stars. If my old Vtech portable phones ever die then I'm switching to this kind of phone. Although eventually we will need only one phone in our lives that will be capable of using ANY kind of signal be it cellular, Plain Old Telephone Service, blue tooth, or WAP. All you will have to do is make the call - the phone decides which is the best route to use.
