VASELINE “CIRCLE OF FRIENDS INSTANT WIN GAME AND SWEEPSTAKES” (THE “PROMOTION”) - OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

3. HOW TO ENTER & PLAY:
a) INSTANT WIN: During the Promotion Period, visit www.skinvoice.com to register for free by entering your true and correct information on the Registration Page (required fields include email address, date of birth, prefix, first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code and telephone number including area code), read and accept these Official Rules, and click “continue”. Returning users will be able to log into the site by entering their email address, date of birth and clicking “continue”. Limit of one registration per person. If it is discovered that you have registered or attempted to register more than ONCE, all of your entries will be declared null and void, and any prize you might have been entitled to will not be awarded. Upon completion of registration, as well as the first time that you login on each subsequent day, you will automatically receive the results of your Instant Win game play (subject to verification). Limit of one (1) Instant Win game play per person per day during the Promotion Period. Instant Win prizes are randomly time seeded throughout the Promotion Period and awarded to the person who plays on or after the time the prize is randomly seeded. The time of day when you play the Game during the Promotion Period, as recorded by the Web site technology, the order in which entries are received and the number of entries received will solely determine whether or not you are a Potential Winner.

If you receive a winning message, your win is subject to verification, and a “Play Receipt” including a unique Security Identification Code (SIC), will be automatically sent to the email address you provided in the registration process. The Play Receipt and SIC will confirm the results of your Instant Win game play(s). All instant wins are subject to verification, confirmation and compliance with these Official Rules. Proof of game play and/or winning message will not be deemed to be proof of winning by Sponsor .
b) CIRCLE OF FRIENDS SWEEPSTAKES:
1. ONLINE: Upon completion of your registration as described above, you may click on the ‘send me an email’ button to send an email to yourself, which you may then send to your friends to invite them to join your “Circle of Friends”. The first three (3) friends that sign up through the link provided in your email will complete your “Circle of Friends”, and you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry once this occurs during the Promotion Period. Other friends who attempt to sign up after your initial 3 friends have signed up will receive a message online that the circle of friends is complete and inviting them to start their own circle. Each entrant must complete their own “Circle of Friends” in order to receive a Sweepstakes entry. In the event that one (1) or more of the participants in the Winner’s “Circle of Friends” is not available for the trip, the Winner may choose (an) alternate guest(s). Limit of one (1) “Circle of Friends” Sweepstakes entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
2. ENTER BY MAIL: If you do not wish to send e-mails to your friends and/or do not wish to submit a “code” as described below, you can gain one (1) “Circle of Friends” Sweepstakes entry by mailing your name, complete address, city, state, zip code, phone number (including area code), date of birth and email address to: “Vaseline Circle of Friends Sweepstakes” - Sweepstakes Entry Request, P.O. Box 4071, South Bend, IN 46634-4071. Requests must be postmarked by June 8, 2007 and received by June 15, 2007. Limit of one (1) “Circle of Friends” Sweepstakes entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
3. ADDITIONAL SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES: If you have received a Sweepstakes entry by either of the methods described above, you may receive up to one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry by entering a “code” into the site during the Promotion Period that will be available for free through different media channels. Codes can be found on specially marked materials in the market, on radio and television advertisements and must be entered into the log-in screen in order to be valid. Limit of one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry per channel code.
4. RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES DRAW: On or about June 18th, 2007, an independent judging organization (the “Judges”) will randomly draw one (1) entry (the “Potential Winner”) from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries received. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Sweepstakes random draw will be held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The Potential Winner will be eligible to win the Sweepstakes prize, subject to verification of eligibility under these Official Rules.
