Yes... It's a laptop hard drive in a 2.5" case. The size and prices of these are almost to the point of being useful. I currently carry a 200GB USB drive for work and I hate pulling it out cause of the power supply.

Costco has the 160GB WD Passport in-store for $109, if you need a bit more storage.
 
There is also the FreeAgent Go 160 GB @ BB for $114. 2.5" Notebook HDD. Pretty good deal b/c it has 5 Year Warranty and comes with CEEDO, a little program that allows you to run say Firefox and other portable applications. It comes with Word, Excel, PPT, IE, and Outlook. I thought it was pretty kewl but I exchanged it with an internal notebook HDD. It turns out that the HDD is SATA and not PATA, which I assumed.

F.Y.I. Just in case anyone is wondering the CEEDO software does not work with with any other external HDD. At least not without purchasing it....
